Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, usually approx 2-3 working days working days service.

Some orders may be sent via Evri, usually approx 3-5 working days working days service.

The delivery time may vary from these estimates during strike action, adverse weather conditions or busy times.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately; like many other small businesses, I am no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland due to new GPSR rules.

So I can only deliver to UK mainland.

Please do not order from me if you are in Northern Ireland as I will have to cancel your order. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, it’s completely out of my control and I’m very sad to have to stop selling to customers in Northern Ireland.

I aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible.

Greetings Cards and most orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after receiving payment.

Large Orders & Personalsied Items such as Invitations and Table plans etc are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days.

As most products are handmade to order, the turnaround time may vary. Please contact me if you would like an estimate of how long your order will take.

If you change your mind before the item has been dispatched, you can email me and request to cancel your order.

If you change your mind once I have already posted the order, you will need to wait until it arrives

and then request to return it for a refund if eligible.

I do not accept returns for personalised or custom orders.

I accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, undamaged and in it’s original packaging.

Return postage is at the buyer’s cost.

Please ensure you pay the correct postage costs for the size and weight of the package to avoid any additional courier fees.

Please pack the return securely to avoid damage in the post, in the original packaging where possible.

A deduction will be taken from the refund amount for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
